Sure you can get the agent to send someone out, but then they control the images.
All our real-estate images include:

* Blended, high dynamic range images that don’t show blown highlights and washed out window views.
* Interior and Exterior shots.
* Images are corrected for distortion and key-stoning.
* Full colour correction.
* Transport anywhere on the central coast. Sydney, Newcastle and the Hunter are also available at an additional cost.
* Flexible shooting times to suit the location and weather.
* Your unlimited usage. If you change agents simply give them the photos. We will supply your agents with a release at no extra charge.
Standard Package. $129.00
This is all that most people require. It includes all our standard inclusions in a 1 hour photo session in your home/business. Images are delivered to you on DVD the next day.
Nightime Package. $89.00
If you have a home that looks brilliant at night then this is the add-on you need. It includes a dusk photography session that should take about 1/2 an hour. Photos are available to you the next day and delivered on DVD. This is an add-on to the standard package and does not include photos of the inside of your home.
Location Shots. $50.00 each.
Live near the beach? Have a great drawcard in your area? We can provide you with photos of nearby locations and attractions for inclusion in your advertising. We shoot these at the best time of day or night to suit the location. Location shots may be from our library or we may have to get out there and get the image for you.
